For Brenda ..............................

Brenda asked for any block, and gave me a couple of colour choices. I couldn't stop at one, so made two very different blocks -

a woven heart in black and white, and a pinwheel in Tuscany colours.
I hope you are as pleased with these as you have been with all your other blocks Brenda. Happy stitching, Jan.

Bloom table runner.

Here is the pretty table runner that I have made with blocks received in the six inch group.  This is a paper pieced block (before we had a separate group for them), called buttercup.  But it looks like a rose bud to me.

I am really pleased with how lovely this has turned out and how effective the blocks are placed in different ways.

Lucky me got these 4 lovely blocks from Madeleine for Sept. Her blocks are winging their way to her. Think they crossed in the air. Thanks for being a great swap partner

Xtra surprise

Jo in Australia was my September partner.
When I opened my mail today I had a wonderful surprise. I was blessed to say the least. She made me three blocks and a special little purse. WOW.

She asked for fall colors in maple leaf.
I loved doing these.
